Build a gang sheet

Follow these simple steps to create a professional gangsheet with the required resolution:

1. Prepare Your Designs

• Ensure all images are in high resolution with a minimum of 300 DPI (dots per inch) to avoid pixelation during printing.
• Save your designs in compatible file formats like PNG, JPEG, or PDF with transparent backgrounds (if needed).

2. Open the Gangsheet Builder

• Navigate to the Gangsheet Builder Tool on our website.
• Select the sheet size that fits your needs (e.g., 22" x 24" or other options).

3. Upload Your Designs

• Click the Upload button and select your images.
• Ensure the uploaded files maintain their 300 DPI resolution by checking their preview.

4. Arrange Your Designs

• Drag and drop the images onto the gangsheet canvas.
• Resize, rotate, and position them to maximize space efficiently.

  Tip: Leave a small margin between designs to make cutting easier.

5. Check Resolution and Placement

• Use the zoom feature to ensure all designs look crisp and clear.
• Verify there are no overlapping images or items extending beyond the sheet boundaries.

6. Save and Review

• Once satisfied, click Save or Preview to review your gangsheet layout.
• Double-check for errors or low-resolution warnings.

7. Submit for Printing

• Finalize your design and proceed to checkout.
• Include any additional instructions (e.g., preferred cutting guides).

Why do we ask for garment color?  So we can optimize your prints to be the softest and best feeling DTF Printed Transfers. By doing color knockout and half-toning the transfer will be thinner in many areas.
